I am BDFL for a BIDS-compatible Python pipeline for assessing individual differences in brain connectivity from functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) data. The most recent version includes predictive connectomics a lá NBS-Predict.

Meta-analysis tools

I have contributed substantively to the development of NiMARE, Neurosynth-Compose, metaCurious (defunct), and meta-analytic k-means (soon to be metaCluster).

BIDS-Compatible Tools for Neuroimaging Research

I have made minor contributions to the physiopy community, tedana, Nipype, and the BIDS Stats Models Specification (BEP 2) and led the development of physioComb.
